Tuesday Thoughts

Choose Your Thoughts

Today I purposely choose my thoughts. When I wake up mad, I choose to let it go. I choose peace over pride. I choose love over hate. This doesn’t mean I am a door rug or that I do not matter. I matter to the one that settles matters. If a known “Christian” and leader in the community chooses mean words to say and if this same person chooses to cast me aside and out, then I trust God to make matters right for me because I am precious to God. I have to find a new place to live because my covering is lifted. I really am not worried, I know God is taking me not away from a great place but taking me away from the wrong place. It helps to know this is n my soul, it helps me not be angry and the complete unjust words thrown at me. We all pay for the things we say and do, ad if you have never had to pay because your parents paid for you, you wont understand this. All you think about is what you feel and what you think you deserve We all deserve death but we are saved by GRACE, no one is above his or under it. We are saved!!!!!! I am SAVED!!!! I am worry free this Tuesday!!!!

Patience and Perseverance

I went to church yesterday with my boyfriend. It was over the top, above and beyond, the presence of the Jesus surrounded me, hugged me and loved on me and yes, He is always here with me I only need to open my heart. I am going to be still and wait on my God. He does tend to wait until the last minute, which is why I call him the ultimate Game Changer, so with that knowledge, I wait. Father, guard my mouth, help me be kind and gracious while I wait for you to answer.

I literally have cried and sung.I mean,there are times when it takes you away and your there…in the pages….and you feel the emotions that your putting down. Its a drug in a way. Euphoric.

I am inspired today to release the pain of betrayal. The lies cannot hurt me anymore. The trauma of abuse is reborn into wisdom and I am safe. I am safe to love again. I am loved. I am worthy of this great life I am living. Great things are coming to me. I am in the process of my change and it is beautiful. I am beautiful. I embrace health and happiness. I give love because I am love.

 That perfect day, that magic moment that we’re all waiting for, is right now

Everyday we wait for things to be perfect, will for sure be a loss. Perfection is not attained by circumstance but in acceptance.

That is my wisdom on the subject. However, I do prefer that day where I can drink coffee and blog in relative lonesomeness, to get my thoughts together and organized without the pressure of also cooking and taking care of the kids, spouse or animals! I like to be alone, to get things done around the house. If he is home, I’m endlessly distracted by him lol!

I have to confess that I tend to be overly suspicious. I’ve been through it, liars that is, before. However, I am learning that “gut” can also be a tad on over drive. I have learned to breath, be still and I release the power of love to bring me the truth in action rather than the “truth” I pull from my past inventory of pain and heart ache.

Forgiveness is important in families, especially when there are so many secrets that need to be healed – for the most part, every family’s got them.

 There is no love without forgiveness, and there is no forgiveness without love.

I choose to forgive myself and the people that have lied to me. I am no better than anyone, everyone should be forgiven, myself and you. I am sorry I have let things from my past and our past to linger in the present and influence my behavior and attitude. Here’s to another day!
